I began practicing yoga in 2015, seeking healing for my mind, body, and soul. From the very first class, yoga transformed my life. In 2017, I completed my teaching certification so I could share its benefits with others, and I have since earned 600+ hours of additional training, including trauma-aware yoga.
My gentle, meditative teaching style focuses on compassion, presence, and empowering students of all bodies and ages. I offer a variety of movement options and encourage personal creativity so each person can discover what feels supportive in the moment.
My mission is to embrace this human experience with wholehearted presence while supporting others on their journeys of self-discovery and holistic wellness. I also completed Integrated Energy Therapy training in 2025. I am grateful for the privilege of practicing yoga with you.
