Custom Massage
Discover a balance of relaxation and revitalization with a traditional Thai massage. This ancient practice uses rhythmic acupressure, compression, and deep stretching to relieve tension and improve flexibility.
The practitioner will gently guide you through meditative and dynamic movements as you relax on a comfortable mat, remaining fully clothed. Each session begins with an optional herbal foot soak.

Sound Healing
Step into a deeply restorative, one-on-one sound healing experience designed to guide your nervous system back into harmony. In this private 75-minute session, you are held in a quiet, intentional space. Using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other vibrational tools, we work gently with the body’s energetic and subtle systems to support release, recalibration, and integration. Unlike group sound baths, this session is tailored specifically to you. Sound healing works by: Supporting nervous system regulation Encouraging emotional release Enhancing clarity and inner awareness Creating space for deep rest and integration Realigning the body through vibrational resonance You will remain comfortably reclined throughout the session, allowing the frequencies to move through you.
