This all-levels class is for anyone with a basic understanding of yoga poses and how to flow between them. The teacher will offer modifications & enhancements based on the bodies in the room. This well-rounded class starts mindfully, flowing into a stronger pace, building stamina & cardio health. We end with an integration time for resetting the nervous system. Students leave feeling strong in their bodies and with a calmer mind.
