Susan Smedley, Owner

Susan is a trained social worker and 200 hr RYT with advanced certification in Oncology Yoga, Yoga for First Responders and Grief Yoga.

She has benefited immensely from yoga, having experienced personal and professional trauma and a lung cancer diagnosis at the age of 32.

Susan’s vision is to help support people in connecting to the wisdom of their bodies and breath to better manage stress, trauma and emotions while building community and having fun.

Kat Davis, Studio Experience Manager

Kat Davis is a multi-modality facilitator of balance & healing. Professionally, she is a Yoga & Meditation teacher, a Reiki Master, a Myofascial Release practitioner, and a Be Free Breathwork™ Facilitator. She offers wellness sessions, teaches studio & private classes, as well as fun workshops and magical women’s circles & ceremonies.

Personally, she’s a self-described mermaid, hug giver, lover of the moon, and all things sparkly! A long-time student of the body, she studied dance and martial arts and also taught SCUBA before finding Yoga. Chronic pain (myofascial pain syndrome, spine & hip issues) inspired deeper learning via massage & yoga schools and acquiring other methods & tools to self-treat pain. That fuels her desire to compassionately teach others how to explore healing in their bodies and restore balance in their lives.
