MaryAnn Broussard

In January of 2015, MaryAnn sought the powerful, healing touch of yoga when she needed it most within her mind, body, and soul. As she shares, "Yoga touched me deeply from the very first class I attended and it changed my life. In 2017, I pursued a yoga teacher certification so I could share the touch of yoga with others. Since that time, I’ve had 600+ hours of certified yoga training including trauma aware yoga. I have personally experienced and believe in the ability of yoga to profoundly improve overall health and wellness; therefore, I strive to make yoga accessible and possible for every person. My gentle and meditative style of teaching focuses on compassionately empowering people of any age and body to discover a yoga practice which benefits them in the moment. I believe yoga is about being on an adventurous journey of personal exploration and growth. In my classes, I offer different options for movement and “shapes” (poses), and the freedom and space to be personally creative. My current life mission is wholeheartedly and passionately embracing and savoring this human experience called Life while pursuing strong, healthy relationships, radiant well-being, love, grace, and peace with myself and others. I am an ongoing avid student of all things yoga and natural health and healing, as well as a health and wellness coach."
