Danni Rees

Danni found yoga in 2012 and fell in love with the practice. In February 2020 she received her 200 hr Therapeutic Yoga certificate and has received additional training in meditation, yoga nidra, and herbalism. She is currently studying psychology, integrative health, and coaching at FRCC and has just begun her journey in yoga therapy training. In class you can expect time and space carved out for meditation, intention, warm-up, movement, and time to cool down. She is highly dedicated to making her classes accessible and offers variation and modification options to allow each student to find what feels good for their body. Danni's intention is to be of support while students experience the benefits of wellness, selfcare, connection, and union in their practice.
