Cheryl Kagan

Cheryl has been teaching Yoga for 16 years and has been committed to her personal practice for over 25 years. Cheryl is trained in the Viniyoga tradition, and has completed advanced training in several areas including: Chronic Pain, Cancer & Autoimmune Disorders, Back Health, Emotional Disorders, Prenatal Yoga, and Ayurveda.

Cheryl’s classes welcome everyone to Yoga, so they may discover optimal well-being, healing, and personal fulfillment through Yoga. Through a gentle blend of asana, pranayama, chanting, meditation, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda wisdom, Cheryl offers you an accessible and effective class available to everyone- regardless of age, body type or physical ability.

Each student receives individual attention & guided adaptations for each pose, to allow each student to experience and fully benefit from the practice.
