(Warm Resilient Flow) This is a challenging class but in the best way. Casandra is an amazing instructor who shares a ton of yoga knowledge and history, helps correct postures, and always offers modifications if you need them. A great class to push yourself a little and learn a lot, and end with an amazing savasana.
